In North Raleigh, NC, you’ll find HANDmeUPs. They’re not your typical thrift store, but a vibrant and uplifting community hub. The locals here know it’s a well-curated space packed with clothing, toys, furniture, books, and plenty of home décor.

The inside of the store is organized and inviting with easy to navigate sections.

The media section is packed with CD’s, records, books, and cassettes. You could spend hours just looking through all the titles.

Clothing racks are full of of clothing, all organized by size and style.

Additional sections include jewelry, kids, toys, arts and crafts, shoes, and furniture.

HANDmeUPs is a nonprofit project by ENGAGE NC. They provide meaningful employment and volunteer opportunities for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
